Mentor Match
Mentor Match is a service to connect schools and mentors to do meaningful work. The typical user is a parent, school personnel, or potential mentor. Mentor Match’s goal is to provide support to schools.
Research
Problem: School communities and potential mentors struggle to connect due to a lack of resources, access to time, and clear next steps for communication.
Goal: Design a Mentor Match website to be user friendly by providing clear navigation and easy process to connect a school with a mentor.
Role: UX designer designing the Mentor Match website from conception to delivery.
Responsibilities: Conducting interviews, paper and digital wire framing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility, and iterating on designs.
